Here at Goldhanger Sailing Club we have a good contingent of cruisers, with multiple trips undertaken throughout the sailing season.
In 2024 there were many overnighters including West Mersea, Bradwell, Burnham-On-Crouch, Osea Island & Pyefleet Creek being among the favourites.
Some are planned as a Club and others are members just enjoying the river as we all should.
All of our cruiser moorings dry out at low tide but we typically get 2 hours before and after high tide to enjoy the river, for those that want longer, either spend the night somewhere amazing or return on a later tide.
